Japanese Lacquer Buckwheat Soba Noodle Tray, 19.5cm. Red edges.

Made in Japan, and as found in many Japanese restaurants.

Has removable light plastic strainer insert in bamboo style design on which the noodles rest keeping them above the floor of the tray. Can also be used for tempura or any food where you want a little extra oil or liquid to drain from the food.

Black plastic colour on both sides. Red edges to top.

Synthetic lacquerware - ABS plastic base coated with synthetic lacquer urethane. Polypropylene insert.

Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
