Thai Translucent Resin Buddha, Duotone color, Small Size 10cm high.

A nicely detailed seated Buddha made in resin. Very attractive indeed when lit. Chiang Saen style. Made in Thailand.

Seated on a pedestal base. The Buddha's hands are in the gesture of Dyana Mudra - signifying a gesture of meditation; the Buddha deep in though in contemplation towards enlightenment. The legs are in half lotus position.

All our Buddhas are legally imported under license issued by the Department of Fine Arts in the Ministry of Culture in Thailand, for the protection of Thailand's cultural heritage (the easily removable licensing label is attached as seen in the photos). We will include the label with your purchase when available, but not every item is always individually tagged by the Ministry of Culture.
