This amazing drawing by Thai artist Kaewalin, is based on Steve McCurry's classic photograph of Sharbut Gula, and Afghan girl with green eyes which was featured on the front cover of National Geographic in 1985.
When visitors come to our showroom, the most common question we always have to answer is "is it a photograph?". The answer is no, it is an exquisite original drawing in amazing detail and is beautifully mounted with a white mount and stylish silver metal frame.
Signed by the artist on the mount.
We have commisioned the artist to produce just a few of these exquisite drawings which she completed in 2009, and we are only finally now listing them on our website for the first time!
Our photography, with the picture being framed under glass will never to justice to the quality of the drawing. Personal viewing highly recommended.
