HOW WE WORK

Experience:

We have been buying and importing arts and crafts products from Thailand for over 15 years, so we know what we’re doing!

Delivery:

Normally, most orders are processed and packed within 24hrs (most on the same day).

Larger items are despatched via Parcelforce or other courier services, and smaller items via Royal Mail.

We primarily deliver within the UK via the website directly, but we also deliver to many other countries which can be viewed when selecting your country in the checkout process. Overseas deliveries take a little longer - typically 5 days+.

For overseas orders, we will check the delivery cost after your order is processed (the total bulk of the order may affect our quoted price) - if there is any difference in the exact deliver cost we will let you know.

If you are from another country we do not normally cater for, please email us details which items you are interested in and we will give you a quote including delivery.

Please note for overseas orders it is your responsibility to pay for any duties or taxes payable in your country. You should make your own enquiries to assess whether such charges are applicable.

Payment:

Payment made via the site is using totally secure - you can pay by debit or credit card or via Paypal.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please send a cheque payable to Farang and mail to Farang, C10 Inveralmond Grove, Perth PH1 3UG, Scotland.
Please note no orders will be processed until at least 48hrs after the cheque has been cleared.

If you arrange to view any of our products personally, payment can made at our warehouse by cash or credit card (see below).

Returns

We inspect all products thoroughly and only despatch goods which reach our high standards.

You may return any item you are unhappy with for a refund but we ask that you understand that these are hand-made products made in the traditional manner by local craftsmen and women, and this should be respected. Hand made craftwork may have minor imperfections, but this is a normal part of the artisan process. Please ask any questions you have in advance of ordering.

To make a return, you must inform us in writing, or via email, within 30 working days of receipt of the goods.

Returned items must then be received here within 14 days of when you informed us you wished to make the return.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back here.

We will of course accept returns if we have made a mistake in despatching the wrong items to you. 
In such circumstances, email us and we will advise you how to make the return to us.

You can view our products personally if you wish. If you have a specific product in mind, please always email us in advance so we can make sure the particular product you wish to see is available for you.

Appointments can be made via email to view at our warehouse, Farang, at C10 Inveralmond Grove, Perth PH1 3UG, Scotland.

You can of course just drop in anytime we're open without making an appointment but we recommend you call in advance.

We are generally open 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and weekends by appointment. We are also open some Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays around main holiday periods, so please call or email to check.
